After doing this do you still have to purchase a additional data plan. I already have an unlimited internet but not the tethering do i need both

This worked for me just fine. Thanks for giving me back my Blackjack II tethering. ATT locked it when I upgrade from my Blackjack.

I downloaded wm 6.1 on my blackjack 11 and my GPGS is locked as well. I went to File Explorer, but the Windows folder was not found, as a matter of fact, when I opened File Explorer, the heading said I was in My Documents folder.
